Please contact your dealer for repair assistance. They are in the best position to physically inspect and diagnose your Honda product.
Maintenance is not included in the product sale. These expenses are the consumer’s responsibility.
Please contact a local dealer for all sales promotion information. Dealer participation may vary.
Please see the maintenance section of your owner’s manual. The service intervals in the maintenance schedule are based on average riding conditions. Some items will need more frequent service if you ride in unusually wet or dusty areas or at full throttle. Consult your Honda dealer for recommendations applicable to your individual needs and use.
Batteries = 1 year. Replacement parts = 6 months. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
Bolt-on Accessories – for GL, NRX, PC or ST models (other than audio equipment) = 3 years.
Bolt-on Accessories – all other models = 1 year. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.
Yes, the warranty goes with the product. Subsequent owners should present proof of ownership to any authorized Honda dealer to update our records
Yes, any Honda dealer that is authorized to sell and service your motorcycle, motor scooter, ATV, PWC or MUV should be able to assist you.
Normally, only authorized Honda dealers are able to offer warranty coverage. Under certain conditions, emissions warranty repairs performed by a non-authorized Honda dealer may be covered. For further details please see your warranty booklet.
In order to obtain warranty coverage, the first step would be to take your product to an authorized Honda dealer for diagnosis. Your dealer will determine if there is warranty coverage.
We only recommend using parts that were originally designed for your product model and year.
You can order replacement keys through your local Honda dealer. The dealer will need your key code to cut the key. If you do not have the key code we first recommend contacting your original selling dealer since they may have recorded this information at the time of sale. American Honda is unable to provide a key code that corresponds with your VIN. If you are still unable to find your key code please contact you local Honda dealer for further assistance in obtaining a duplicate key.
Please contact the Parts Department of the dealer you purchased the accessory from. They should be able to print a copy of the installation instructions for you.
